Heritage Pines is an Active Adult Gated Golf community located on the Nature Coast of Florida just south of Spring Hill and 35 miles north of Tampa with easy access to the Sun Coast Parkway.
Heritage Pines is home for me and my wife along with 1,400 other families that love the lifestyle the community offers. You don't just buy a home in Heritage Pines you access a lifestyle that compliments a very special time of your life. In Heritage Pines, everyday is a vacation day!
Magnificent is just one word used to describe the 18 hole Championship Golf Course at Heritage Pines which was designed by Ron Garl, a renowned golf course architect and designer. The course features sweeping fairways and immaculately manicured greens, all designed around the community's maturely lush landscapes and rolling hills. The course offers scenic, as well as challenging play. From the 1st tee through the 18th green, it tests the skill of golfers at all levels. The course winds through Conservation Areas and swings around sparkling lakes and ponds ending at the 18th green located on a peninsula that extends into the lake by the Club House.
The Club House is the golfer's oasis to retell those great shots and chuckle about the ones that weren't. It provides food and beverage and enhances an air of camaraderie.
Our Club House has more than just a great restaurant with specials like Lobster and Prime Rib, it also has a Library/Computer Room, a Billiards Room, a workshop, Activity Rooms, Fitness Center with state of the art exercise equipment and most importantly a Performing Arts Center which holds over 400 people. It is a great place for community events like dances, variety shows, mystery dinner shows, and plays. Outside entertainment, weddings, anniversaries, and family reunions are also part of the scene.
At the Club House, there is also a year round Olympic-sized heated Swimming Pool with Spa. It's a grand place to cool off and socialize with friends. The deck with its colorful umbrella tables provides a shady spot for food and drink.
Tennis anyone? The Heritage Pines Tennis Club features four lighted soft-surface tennis courts. There are also active leagues for men, women, and couples.
That's a little too much for me, my game is Bocce and there are two lighted courts ready and waiting for my friends and me. We make it a social event by playing two nights a week. Losers buy ... lemonade, of course.
When day is done and the sun begins to set, my wife and I like to go for a causal evening stroll. The Fitness Trail circles through the community and we always stop at the beautiful Conservation Area with its long pier that extends out and overlooks a wetland area. Watching the last rays of sunlight dancing on the water, I've often thought, "Could there be a better way to end the day!"
Come visit Heritage Pines and experience the lifestyle. Maybe you'll be like my wife and me and decide to stay.
